California Pizza Kitchen Fundraiser

The Faces of HOPE will be hosting a fundraiser at the California Pizza Kitchen in the Short Pump Towne Center on Monday July 12. All you have to do is come in with our flier on that day and give the flier to your server when you place your order and we'll receive 20% of the proceeds. It is valid for take-out as well. We are excepting applications for our Summer program. Start date May 1 they can register online www.thefacesofhope.org or call the office 804 592-4751. There is no cost if you have one of these insurances. We currently accept Anthem Health Keepers Plus, Optima, straight Medicaid, & Virginia Premier

Our Services:
The Faces of HOPE delivers a comprehensive fitness and nutrition program through a series of in home visits.These visits are designed to Educate family members on how to develop a fitness and nutrition plan, and Equip them with the tools needed to make sound decisions. Ultimately, this training will Empower families with critical, life-changing information to create healthy habits that last a lifetime.
The Faces of HOPE is dedicated to help all people fight and prevent obesity.
Targeted assistance is provided to children in the 85th – 95th percentile of those who are at risk of overweight, and the 95th percentile and higher for children who are overweight in terms of their Body Mass Index (BMI). While our principal service delivery lasts 12 weeks, program participants can re-enroll up to three times – for a full year of customized training and support.
Additionally, The Faces of HOPE will provide informal training and guidance for all who request it, even after the first year.
E-ducate E-quip E-mpower
Our team of certified professionals visits program participants 3 or more times a week, for 12 weeks, in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.
These visits allow our experts to assess the home environment and show families how they positively impact their ability to make healthy choices surrounding nutrition and physical activity.
The Faces of HOPE has a dynamic team of certified professionals, to include:
- Certified Weight Management Trainers
- Registered Dieticians
- Licensed Professional Counselors
Lasting, positive changes to fight and prevent obesity can be a reality when healthier eating habits are adopted and combined with physical activities that are safe, sensible and fun.
